Behind the brand


In May 2020, two best friends, Nicholas Poulin and Spencer Hill, started the Raise The Standard brand. It became vital to them because it embodies all of the mindset changes and challenges they put themselves through every day​. With our go-getter attitude, we learned how to screen print off a $150 screen printing press bought off Amazon. We designed and crafted all of our apparel out of an old barn a family member had. As it turns out, people started to love the movement. We were selling more than we could fulfill, and the birth of the famous RTS logo evolved.

Within weeks, RTS became a staple on social media, with thousands of photos of motivated individuals showcasing their mindset from all around the world. The hype continued to escalate by the day as pictures of celebrities representing their mindset made their way to social media. From 4x Mr.Olympia Jay Cutler, Teddy Swims, and several UFC Fighters, Raise The Standard solidified its place as the staple brand for people who believe in one thing - Live it, Wear it, and be it.

Raise The Standard Takes pride in our approach to the apparel world. The pride, work ethic, and passion separate us from other brands. We want to create unique clothing, clothing that when you wear it, you KNOW it was made to represent something more than a clothing line. We want our customers to wear our apparel with the same pride in producing each print. Our customers and our fans are among only a few people in the world to own these unique and limited items.


Sadly, it has become common to mindlessly pump out large quantities of clothing and rake in profits — our line means more to us than that! 
We have endeavored to provide our customers with limited hand-printed items that represent who we are from our very beginning.

The beauty of the print process comes from the effort going into each and every print. All prints are one of a kind with characteristics that make them truly their own. The unique details are what make these items so special. Everything from the amount of ink applied and laid on the item, to the placement on the item; all of these factors change slightly from one item to the next. 

Before it ever gets to you, we put the work into every product. The printing process is a personal experience, and we devote our time and effort into creating each individual piece. We take pride in all of our goods and so should you.

INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY

All items are limited in quantity and may contain imperfections in the prints. The beauty of our process is that no two prints are identical. This is what makes FNF special. Due to the hand-printed nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is very small. Please understand that returns and exchanges may be a longer process than we would like due to our limited quantities and sell-outs. 

Once items sell-out, they will not be reprinted and will no longer be available.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery takes 10–15 business days inside the States when selecting the basic $5.99 shipping method (USPS/FedEx). For customers who would like the FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box; we're sorry!) FedEx 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends. 

Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day is selected, it will not be processed until the next business day.

On occasion, we do not have the entire order printed and we have to print the shirt to order. In these cases, the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue. 

For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! 

Raise The Standard is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Flag Nor Fail is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C or 65–80°F.

All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible it is suggested to wash the garment inside out ( with the printed side in ).
