If a package is lost, stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, RTS is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. It is the customers' responsibility to file any lost or damaged claims with the mail carrier. Raise The Standard is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier.
