Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based, independent contractor basis. This remote role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for fashion, who is eager to contribute to the growth of Raise The Standard in the wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand a client base for wholesale distribution of our clothing line.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities within the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to meet both client and company needs.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer responses, and potential for new product lines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fashion or wholesale apparel industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed as an independent contractor.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively from a remote location.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in virtual communication tools.
