We aren’t here to sell clothes. We’re here to make a statement.

About Raise The Standard

Raise The Standard began in 2020 inside a barn with nothing but determination and a borrowed screen-printing setup. With no experience, two friends set out to create clothing that carried meaning — apparel that spoke to resilience, family, and perseverance. What started with homemade screens burned under a construction lamp and washed in a shower quickly began to grow into something bigger.

In less than a year, our designs caught national attention, becoming the exclusive hoodie in the Grammy Awards swag bags. By 2021, we had moved from the barn into a 10,000 square foot warehouse, upgraded to professional equipment, and hired a team that shared the same vision. What began as an experiment had become a movement — and our community was growing faster than we ever imagined.

In 2024, our mission was put to the test. When Trooper First Class Aaron Pelletier tragically lost his life during a traffic stop, leaving behind his wife and two young boys, we stepped in. With the support of our community, we created a tribute shirt and pledged 100% of the proceeds to his family. In less than a month, we raised over $70,000. It was a defining moment — proof that Raise The Standard is about more than clothing.

At the heart of Raise The Standard is founder Nicholas Poulin, whose family’s battles with cancer and addiction instilled a relentless drive to help others push forward. Our brand is built on those lessons: never give up, work harder, stay humble, and always put family first. Raise The Standard isn’t just something you wear — it’s something you live. Every piece carries a story, every purchase fuels a mission, and every person who wears it carries the Standard forward.
