Raise The Standard Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love the pieces you receive just as much as we love creating them. If your order doesn’t work out as planned, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your package was delivered.
Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
30-Day Returns
- All eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must meet our return standards (listed below) to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Support Team before sending it back to avoid denial of your return.
Return Standards & Conditions
We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges, but all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be accepted.
Eligible for Return
✅ Items in new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
✅ Exchanges available for same item in a different size (if stock is available)
NOT Eligible for Return
🚫 Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
🚫 Items with hair (animal or human), odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, body odor, etc.), stains (deodorant, markings, etc.), or piling
🚫 Items covered in glitter, powder, or skin cells
🚫 Water bottles, face masks, underwear, bodysuits, and socks (for hygiene reasons)
🚫 Swimwear with the liner removed
Packaging Requirement
Many of our items include a Raise The Standard poly bag. If this bag is ripped or damaged, your return may be denied.
Return Shipping & Costs
- For U.S. customers: We provide a complimentary return label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount.
- For international customers: You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping using a courier of your choice.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return is denied due to non-compliance with our return standards, you will have 7 days to pay for shipping if you wish to have the item sent back to you. If no payment is received within 7 days, the return will be voided.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the return is processed.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size (if available). If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your return has been received and approved.
Final Sale & Discounted Items
- Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items discounted less than 30% are eligible for return within 30 days if they meet return standards.
