Because many of our products are made to order, we carefully print, bag, tag, and prepare each piece before shipping. This process ensures quality, purpose, and supports our mission. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment Timeline
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 8-10 business days, though processing times may be longer during high-demand periods such as Black Friday or holidays.
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
- Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-5 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.
- International orders may take longer depending on customs processing in your country.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Some exclusive designs are made to order. If this applies to your purchase, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe via email. These items take additional time for production, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship before shipping.
International Orders
We ship worldwide! However, please note:
- Your country may charge customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local government and must be paid by the recipient.
- International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is lost or delayed, here’s how we can help:
✔ Delayed Shipments? Contact our Support Team for assistance in tracking your package.
✔ Lost Packages? If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date, email us at Support@raisethestandard.com—we’ll help you file a claim.
✔ Address Errors? If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will happily reship it—you will just need to cover the reshipping cost.
